Shipping Policy

Usually, we ship orders within 24 - 48 hours from the time order was placed, except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. In situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time beyond 48 hours, will be intimated to the customer. Once the order is shipped, we inform customer with the tracking details.

 

Post Dispatch

deliveries are done across India within 7-10 Working Days & please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events. 

 

  • Shipping Charges:

All prices are inclusive of GST & Packaging. In the case where the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payments.

 

  • Packaging & Handling Charges:

We procure specialized secondary packaging depending on the nature of the product (Tampered proof bags, Corrugated Boxes, etc.), which are given to merchants to ensure no damages in transit. As we procure this especially for your shipment, we charge a very nominal amount which is included in the Product price.

 

 

Return & Replacement Policy

 

At Dedhfoot, we work very hard to curate only the best of the best products for you and each
product goes through a rigorous quality check at 2 stages –production and packing dispatches. In
case you received a defective product or you have changed your mind after placing the order or
even if you want the correct size, we are here to help you.

 

 

Please Note: Certain products have a no return/exchange policy. They include swaddles, bibs,mittens, caps, cap sets, booties, and other such free size products. Such non-returnable product will have no return/replace option. However, any product, if defective, can be returned. For that, you will have to write to us at care.dedhfoot@gmail.com along with the photos.

 

Initiate Request

1. Please select the return order option in your Profile or just write to us within 5 days of
receiving your product at care.dedhfoot@gmail.com.
2. Include your order number and description of the issue.

3. Make sure to retain the original invoice/tags. We do not take back products with broken
tags.
4. Allow 2 business days for our team to get back to you and the return will be initiated by us.

 

Reverse Pick up

  •  Reverse pick-up: We provide reverse pick up to most of the pin codes. In this case, the
    shipment reaches back to us within 7-10 business days owing to courier company policy. Pick-up will
    be attempted twice. If the courier service is unable to pick up after two attempts, you are
    responsible to ship it back to us.

 

  • Self-courier: In some pin codes due to lack of serviceability, you would need to courier back
    the parcel to us. Fret not! An additional amount of Rs.80 will be added to your credit note (after the shipment has arrived) for self-couriering the shipment.

 

Exchange / Refund

Once we receive your products, in 2 business days our QC team will check the products and refund
or replacement will be issued as per policy below.

  • In case of non-defective items – Once we receive the product(s) and on validation by our QC
    team, we will either initiate a refund or exchange based on your choice.

 

  •  In case of defective/damaged item – If the product has a manufacturing defect. (i.e., torn,
    stained, stitched incorrectly), we can either offer a replacement of the same product or exchange or a refund (only in case of a defective product).

 

  • In case of incomplete/wrong order – In case of an incomplete/wrong order sent by us, we
    will send the complete order with the correct products on priority.


Exchange

  • In case of an exchange, the new product will be dispatched only after the receipt and
    validation of the returned original product.

 

  •  Exchange product: Product(s) of the same value can be chosen, if the value is higher the
    difference amount must be paid by you before dispatching (our team will assist you on the same).No credit note will be provided for the balance amount (if any)

 

  • Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order

 

Refund

  •  In case of refund, it will be initiated within 2 business days after QC validation.
  • Refund will be credited to the account you used for placing the order.
  •  In case of COD order, our team will get in touch with you to get your bank details.
  • It may take 2 – 10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank

 

Note: For a successful Return and exchange, ensure that the products are unused, unwashed and are sent back in original packing with the tag attached.


SALE ITEMS
Do not worry, we even return/refund the sale items.

 


MODIFY / CANCEL

The order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled. You may modify/cancel your order if it
has not been shipped. To do so, please select the ‘Cancel Order’ option on your profile or get in
touch with our team by emailing us at care.dedhfoot@gmail.com with your order details as soon as
possible as orders are sometimes shipped on the same day.
